How should I wired to a wireless laptop with Windows Vista desktop with Media Center 2002, when I have a Netgear wireless router?
My goal is to leave to my laptop reviews / add / edit files and folders on my desktop.

It's easy. Simply connect your computer directly to a port on the back of the router (via Ethernet cable included) and plug the modem for Internet connection on the back of the router.
Immediately begins the router, a wireless signal that your laptop will issue automatically recognized. Just choose to manually build a connection and make your preferred network.
The router allows the sharing of files and folders between two computers. In fact, you can use a hard disk to all your music, videos and documents in the other teams in the event of failure of a drive. It is a nice feature that I use always.
Remember to enable it, that file-sharing on each computer.
