Immigration FBI background check in country of origin? - fbi name check green card
My mother is kind of "kidnapping" from my abusive father in France in the U.S. who have joint custody of me since her divorce. The problem is that they soon will pass a background check to get his green card, and assuming that my father had filed charges against my mother, she called red flag as a person? and that the FBI is known?
